Webasto’s eBTM Battery Thermal Management system keeps traction batteries within their optimal temperature range to maximize performance, range, and service life. Designed for electric buses, trucks, construction equipment, agricultural machinery, and light commercial vehicles, it continuously manages heating and cooling for liquid-cooled battery systems. With up to 10 kW of heating power and 8 kW of cooling capacity, eBTM ensures reliable operation even under heavy loads and in extreme climates. The system also preconditions batteries during charging or before vehicle use, helping to improve efficiency, extend battery life, and optimize vehicle performance in all operating conditions.
