I am a foreign visitor, do I have to buy a ticket or is it free?
For all foreigners, entry to EIMA International has always been free of charge.To get a letter of invitation for a visa, what do I have to do?
By filling in the ticket application form, you can access the visa invitation letter application procedure.I filled in the form but didn't receive an email, what can I do?
Check your spam folder first. You may have entered the email address incorrectly. We recommend that you repeat the procedure, making sure that the correct address is entered.Is the ticket for foreigners valid for all days?
Yes.
In accordance with the rules, access to EIMA International for children under the age of 14 is allowed only if accompanied by a document signed by their parents who remove all direct or indirect responsibility from the Bologna Trade Fair Agency for any accidents minors might incur.
Manual mobility aids are available free of charge at the event entrances, subject to availability and without the option to book in advance. To use these, simply ask the BolognaFiere staff on duty. It is also possible to book an electric mobility aid in advance, subject to a fee, by writing to the email address vendite@bolognafiere.it. Parking spaces reserved for people with disabilities are available near the entrances on Via Michelino and Piazza Costituzione.
All visitors must remember also that in compliance with BolognaFiere safety regulations, animals of any size are not allowed entry to the Trade Fair Quarters.
