Letter of Invitation form

Visitors who require a letter of invitation in order to apply for a visa to enter Italy can fill out the following form.

To apply for Visa please see the Italian general rules and practical instructions depending the nationality and country of residence.

Please note that the flight and hotel reservations, as well copy of the passport and all information and documents proving that the activity of the company is related to the production, trade or use of agricultural or garden machinery as well as components for both sectors are mandatory to draft a letter of invitation to apply for visa.

Any application form with incomplete information or mandatory documents not provided in the three languages specified below will not be considered at all.

Exhibitors at EIMA International can request a visa invitation letter directly in the dedicated section of the website’s members-only area..
