The fair is held from 10 to 14 November 2026 with opening hours: 9 a.m.-6.30 p.m.

There are two types of tickets:
- Entrance reserved to business operators
10 and 11 November.
Ticket price: € 65.00 (valid for both days).
Admission up to 14 years of age is free.
- Admission reserved to the public
12, 13 and 14 November.
Daily ticket price: € 20.00.
Admission up to 14 years of age is free.
For foreign visitors, admission to the event is free of charge after registering online.
- Can tickets only be purchased online?
Yes, there will not be ticket offices at the entrances.
- Until which day can tickets be purchased?
The online purchase system is active until the exhibition closes.
- Do I have to bring a print-out of the ticket or the E-ticket is enough?
The E-ticket with barcode and QR Code is enough.
- I have received an invitation ticket, when can I enter?
Invitation tickets received from an exhibiting company are valid for all days of the exhibition.
- Are tickets free of charge for foreign visitors?
For foreign visitors, admission to the event is free of charge after registering online.

- How can I get to the Fair?
Guglielmo Marconi International Airport, located 7 km away from BolognaFiere, is connected to the city centre by the Marconi Express monorail train.

- From the Central Station:
Bologna Central Station is only 10 minutes from BolognaFiere and is connected to the Piazza Costituzione and Viale Aldo Moro entrances by lines 35 and 38
- From the city centre:
Buses 28, 35, 38/ and 39 take you to the Piazza Costituzione and Viale Aldo Moro entrances in about 10 minutes.
A free shuttle service is also available from the Station and the Airport (info and timetables)
- Where can I park my car?
The arrival and departure point for coaches is in the PARCO NORD area, from where visitors can reach the exhibition centre by means of free shuttle buses; in the Multipiano Michelino (www.bfparking.it) and in Piazza Costituzione.
- How can schools’ access at the exhibition centre?
Schools must send a list (on school letterhead) of the names of students and accompanying persons to eima@unacoma.it. We will send the invitation codes so that they can register on the EIMA website and obtain free admission tickets.
- How Associations can access during the exhibition days?
Associations can send a list on headed notepaper of those registered to eima@unacoma.it. We will send the invitation codes so that they can register on the EIMA site and obtain free admission tickets.
- Can children under the age of 14 enter the exhibition centre?
Admission for children under the age of 14 is allowed subject to their parents signing a document releasing the Organiser and BolognaFiere from any direct or indirect liability for any accident the child may incur. Admission up to the age of 14 is free.
- I am a university student; how can I obtain an admission ticket?
University students/teachers/staff must send a copy of a document proving their university activity to eima@unacoma.it. We will send the invitation codes so that you can register on the EIMA website and obtain your free entrance ticket.
- Are dogs allowed to enter?
For safety reasons, small, medium or large animals are not allowed inside the Exhibition Centre, with the exception of guide dogs for people with disabilities.
- Where coaches are allowed to park?
The arrival and departure point for coaches is exclusively in the PARCO NORD area, from where visitors can reach the exhibition centre by means of free shuttle buses.
- Is it possible to park camper vans at the exhibition centre?
Yes, it is possible to park at Via Romita 12/4a, near the exhibition centre area, where the Bologna City Tourist Centre is located.
