5. WHERE DO WE TRANSFER YOUR DATA?
This website and its database are hosted on a virtual server, physically located on "eLogic srl" hardware (www.elogic.it) located in the server farm "DATA4 - Smart Datacenters at Scale" (www.data4group.com) in Milan, Italy. The servers can be accessed remotely by authorized Smart s.r.l. personnel.
6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
Personal data collected through the use of the Site is processed for the time strictly necessary to provide the requested services, and, after this period, for any periods established by applicable regulations for administrative and, where appropriate, defensive purposes.
