3. LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING AND CONSEQUENCES IN CASE OF REFUSAL

Providing the User's browsing data is necessary for the purposes related to the functioning of the Site and access to the Site itself, which may be prevented in the absence of such data.

This data processing is based on the Data Controller's legitimate interest (Article 6, letter f, of the GDPR and Recital 47) and is aimed at enabling the functioning of the site and the provision of the browsing service on the platform, as well as monitoring the proper functioning of the services offered.

As an integral part of the processing activity, your Data may be disclosed to companies specifically appointed as data processors by the Data Controller, which provide IT services and perform IT maintenance, optimization, management, and development of the website's functionality for FederUnacoma. 5. WHERE DO WE TRANSFER YOUR DATA?

This website and its database are hosted on a virtual server, physically located on "eLogic srl" hardware (www.elogic.it) located in the server farm "DATA4 - Smart Datacenters at Scale" (www.data4group.com) in Milan, Italy. The servers can be accessed remotely by authorized Smart s.r.l. personnel.

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

Personal data collected through the use of the Site is processed for the time strictly necessary to provide the requested services, and, after this period, for any periods established by applicable regulations for administrative and, where appropriate, defensive purposes.

7. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT?

You, as the data subject, have the right to:

• access your data and request a copy of it;
• request the rectification or updating of your data, if inaccurate or incomplete;
