TEKNOAX 2.0

Axle that records and communicates data on the load, speed and pneumatic pressure; the data is managed by a control unit that allows predictive maintenance and adjustments to be performed in real time, as well as tracing the operations carried out.

This solution provides a quantity of data that extend the use and maintenance options of an axle< it also provides a first level of steering wheel automation.

D KIT

Liquid or powder pesticide distribution system to be fitted to drones; it has variable ratio distribution that can be performed automatically while remaining at a set distance from the ground.

This solution allows pesticide products to be applied to products that are very difficult or impossible to reach using other mechanical means; it is also extremely flexible and can be used in many different applications.

Atlas

Device to lift the rear of the tractor. It facilitates cleaning and maintenance, as well as allowing recovery of vehicles with a locked transmission.

This solution means that operations normally requiring more complex equipment can be carried out more easily and faster.

SoftDrop

Nozzle for spraying machines that uses different physical principles with respect to traditional ones. It is designed to generate large drops even with pulse dispensing.

This solution means that drift can be reduced.

Rotodent DmaX AI-Sense

Rotating harrow equipped with sensors for levelling with the ground, to detect the load on the levelling bar and to measure the working depth. The data is managed by an electronic control unit that allows optimisation of operations, while keeping the working depth constant and avoiding excessive refining of the soil.

The solution means it is possible to avoid excessive refining without the need for sensors or other readings directly on the land, but simply by reading certain machine parameters.

Landini REX 4 Advanced Driving System

Tractor for orchards, fitted with systems to facilitate driving, optimised controls, data exchange modules and GPS location system. This set of solutions, which are normally reserved for open field tractors, reduces fatigue for the operator, who can concentrate on managing the equipment, and increases driving safety, particularly during higher speed transfer operations.

The creation combines various innovative solutions that make driving more comfortable for the operator and allow greater concentration on the work being carried out.

Integrated torque limiter with free wheel for transmission shafts

Device fitted to the transmission shaft, installed on the working machine side, that combines the functions of components that are normally separate: torque limiter and free wheel.

This solution allows reduction of the distance between the devices and the working machine side support bearing and, as a result, reduces swing and mechanical breakage.

Ego Cordless String Trimmer ST 1510 E POWERLOAD

Electric strimmer with button to rewind the string automatically into the head.

This gives a reduction in the time and effort needed to rewind the string when loading the head.

Pneumatic sprayer with anti-drift diffuser

Low drift diffuser for a pneumatic sprayer in which the dispenser of the fluid can be poisitioned in different points of the air flow to obtain an increase of the dimensions of the drops without changing the volume and the speed of the air, nor the litres per hectar of the distributed liquid.

This solution reduces the drift phenomenon in pneumatic machines, at limited cost.

System that records and transmits data to a control unit, based on approved ISOBUS or CAN-BUS technology. The data is encrypted and authenticated: this ensures the integrity and validity of the data, which is also used automatically by the controlling Authorities, thus considerably simplifying procedures for the operator.

The novelty mainly lies in the system design and characteristics, rather than the functions provided. The data generated have intrinsic characteristics that increase reliability, so that it can even be used to fulfil certain legal requirements automatically.

Hybrid agricultural tractor: electric power is used by motors that contribute to the drive, operate the power take-off and peripheral units, such as the hydraulic pumps.

This solution improves energy-efficiency of the machine.

Extremely ergonomic seat with electronic adjustment, vibration monitoring and ISOBUS technology.

It provides a visual functions interface and allows the level of vibrations absorbed by the operator to be checked in real time; it also represents the base on which to develop an active seat.

Hydraulic starter device powered by the tractor couplings for high inertial equipment, such as large shredders.

This solution safeguards the mechanical integrity of the tractor in heavy-duty applications.

GS 451

Two-stroke motor for chainsaws fitted with an exhaust recirculation system that reduces the amount of fresh fuel in the exhaust.

This allows a reduction in unburned fuel without the need to rely completely on after treatment systems.

GUIDA

Automatic drive system capable of driving grass cutting robots in parallel, based on D-GPS technology. The cost of the positioning device has been kept down, so that it is actually accessible to the market for this type of machine.

This solution extends a technology that to date has been restricted to more expensive, complex machinery to a more simple category of machines; it is also the base for further developments that might also give advantages in vineyard and orchard applications.

Electronically controlled electric seed drill - mulching machine, with selection of line or quincunx sowing carried out using the display.

The machine combines various innovative solutions, from electrification of the drives to the electronic control.

Wide Angle CV Joint P450

Wide angled joint for heavy duty applications; periodic greasing is not necessary, as the lubricant is stored in a sealed container.

This solution reduces the need for operator intervention to perform maintenance of the transmission shaft.

ISOBUS TIM Guidance

TIM (Tractor Implement Management) System: this is a kit that allows ISOBUS equipment to control a tractor fitted with ISOBUS automatic steering. This additional plug and play module allows use on several machines, and may be an improvement of existing systems.

This solution gives concrete form on the market to the principle of a tractor controlled by the equipment.

Stone burier and sieve MOD. T

Stone burier machine optimised to increase the depth of the layer of soil freed from impurities.

This solution allows a considerable improvement in performance on a consolidated type of machine: the working result is very good even in the presence of crop waste and distribution of the stones eliminated is concentrated almost exclusively below the layer to be cultivated.

LV 1400

Tracked machine with remote control equipped with a lifting cab for the operator; the machine can carry a shredder at the front and, with the cab in the raised position, a side tool holder arm located underneath.

This product combines different technical solutions to increase modularity, multi-functionality and operator comfort.

25bis - B/60

IntelliSense System

Control system capable of automatically setting the various elements in an axial combine harvester: speed of advance and engine load, threshing, separation and cleaning. This is achieved by controlling the speed at which the rotor turns, the angle of fins, the fan speed, aperture of the sieves and the working speed.

The solution means that use of the machine can be optimised regardless of the skill of the operator, with various strategies that can be selected using a quick, simple interface.

Racetrack irrigation system with automatic reversing

Irrigation boom with supply pipe reversing system.

The system, with a field length of up to 800 m, removes the need for intervention by staff; for greater lengths it considerably reduces the need for intervention. In both cases it does not require the use of layflat sections of pipe. It is an excellent starting point for variable distribution and section control.

DPS - Digital Power Steering

Steering column with coaxial electric motor; the motor is designed to control the torque on the steering to improve feeling when driving, reduce fatigue and automate certain operations. It is designed particularly for on road use.

The solution is able to guide the steering independently, providing a driving sensation similar to that found in cars, and providing warnings to the operator by means of steering wheel reactions.

Fliwer PRO

Integrated irrigation system with sensors and analysis software that have a self-sufficient power supply: supply of the lithium batteries in all the devices is guaranteed by a generator activated by the flow of water to the irrigation nozzles.

This solution optimises use of the system and reduces the need for operator intervention.

Machine for pre-pruning of vines, equipped with a system to shred waste material and carry it to the trailer.

This solution means that two functions normally carried out by separate machines can be integrated in a single machine.

Hose for drop irrigation systems made of polyethylene only: it is fully recyclable.

The solution reduces noticeably the environmental impact.

ISOBUS IN VINEYARD

TIM (Tractor Implement Management) system applied to orchard and vineyard applications. In this type of crop, the operations are even more complex than in the open field: the ability of the equipment to detect the working conditions and modify the working parameters of the tractor as a result may give greater added value.

The solution gives concrete form to the principle of a tractor controlled by the equipment, and it is specifically designed for orchard and vineyard applications.

Walvoil SXP

Distributor valve for front loaders that manages the oil flow in two different modes, series and parallel, which up to now have only been used separately according to the design of each loader. The Walvoil solution allow maximisation of the lifting and swinging speeds, and prevents undesirable stoppages or reductions in speed.

The solution considerably improves machine operation, as well as making use of the available power more efficient.
