🌿 Last Saturday, our team enjoyed a wonderful day together exploring the hills of Quattro Castella.
🥾 We followed the Four Hills Trail, with a special stop at the Castle of Bianello, a place deeply connected to the history of Matilda of Canossa. There, we had the opportunity to visit the historic traditional vinegar cellar housed within the castle’s medieval tower and discover a unique part of our local heritage.
The day concluded with an outdoor lunch, surrounded by nature.
A day spent together outside the workplace is always a great opportunity to strengthen relationships and create new memories.

On May 13, Claudio Ognibene, President & CEO of Ognibene Power, took part in the panel “Deep Tech: Advanced Mechanics & Robotics” during R2I - Research to Innovate in Bologna, an event organized by the Regione Emilia-Romagna and ART-ER.
During the speech, Claudio reflected on the origins of the company, recalling how the family business began in 1948, when his father sold the first tractor for 300,000 lire. 🚜
The company was then legally founded in 1953 and progressively evolved from agricultural mechanization into the development and production of steering systems and components for the off-highway industry.
The discussion focused on how the sector is changing through emerging technologies, advanced automation and intelligent systems, while highlighting the importance of preserving industrial know-how, manufacturing culture and the connection between companies and their local territories.

Through photography, the project highlights support for mental health and addiction treatment pathways, recognizing their role in prevention and in the well-being of the community.
The images, created within places of care, portray stories of vulnerability that, through relationships, are transformed into awareness, inclusion, and opportunities for health.

On March 14, 1923, a visionary was born.
Today we celebrate 103 years since the birth of Olmes Ognibene, founder of our Group.
With passion, determination and deep dedication to his work, he laid the foundations of what Ognibene would become. From a small workshop in Emilia to an international company, his vision continues to inspire the way we work every day.
As Olmes once said:
“My work has always been a process of research. Everything I have done has been to make the operator’s work easier.”
His words reflect the spirit that still guides us today: innovation with purpose, passion for our work and a constant commitment to progress.
