Axle for agricultural trailer with radio frequency identification

Axle for agricultural trailer in tubular monobloc equipped with a radio frequency identification device for the management of data relating to traceability, maintenance, and security.

On one hand, the system increases the level of safety for the chosen production technology, and on the other hand it enables the identification and traceability of the axle as well as the control of key parameters for integration with data management systems according to the needs of most advanced agricultural production scenarios.

easyFlow M

Closed system for preparing phytoiatric mixtures, equipped with a self-cleaning meter, with the option to connect it to the machine's intake.

The solution avoids any contact between the operator and the active ingredient in the process of preparing the mixture.

Counterweight multiplier

Front counterweight that can be spaced up to 1000 mm compared to the standard position in the longitudinal direction, to change the weight distribution and the stability of the tractor. The adjustment is continuous (all intermediate positions are possible) and is controlled with a hydraulic control in the cabin.

The solution enables the optimization of the tractor's weight distribution, with a consequent improvement in driveability.

INPULSE

Wireless connectivity system between sensors installed on the machine and sensors installed in the field. The emitting sensors may be of different types: vibration, humidity, contact, movement and others. The control unit collects the information and is able to process and/or transmit it to various devices, as well as saving them on the net. The system uses the ISOBUS language.

The implementation enables it to be used as a retrofit on machines that are not originally equipped with it, even where it is impossible to install cabling, enabling mixed data gathering between the machine and the field, minimizing the replacement of the sensor batteries, and achieving complete integration of information on fleet, operation, and diagnostics.

The Human Factor

System of detection and guidance of the tractor driver's behaviour during road transport, consisting of sensors, controller, data communication system to a remote server, and interface with the operator. The goal is to ensure that the operator is motivated to adopting an optimal style of driving, able to receive immediate information based on quantitative data obtained through an algorithm, independent of the type of route and other conditions.

The application enables the simple and immediate optimization of the operator's road driving style in terms of comfort, safety and operating economy.

EDY-CHIPPER

Self-propelled harvester-chipper-loader for row crop pruning residue.

The application responds to the demands of specialization and increased productivity of businesses that provide services to farms.

Grass Killer

Weed-killer for tree crop rows that only uses very high pressure water. The machine is equipped with a very high pressure pump, a nozzle-carrying rotor, and rotating nozzles, which inject water below the soil surface, mincing the root system.

The application minimizes the environmental impact of the process, reducing it to almost zero.

A.C.T. System

Air-conveyance sprayer that allows replacing the conveyor quickly depending on the type of installation to be treated. Equipped with an intensity adjustment for the air flow from the tractor cab, an air supply closure device on one side, with a suction reduction and adjustment of the conveyor for transverse slopes.

The application increases the versatility of the sprayer, optimizing the characteristics of the machine based on each crop format.

Multi Breakaway

Hydraulic multi-connection designed for the agricultural sector equipped with technology that prevents tearing the hydraulic hoses in case of mechanical disconnection of the equipment.

The application increases the safety and functionality of the hydraulic couplings between tractor and operating machine, allowing an easy connection even with hoses under pressure.

Mod. side shredder ROMA

Side shredder that can be installed in front or behind the tractor, without requiring the use of tools to reconfigure the machine.

The application increases the versatility of the machine.

PROTECTOR

Device to roll and unroll a protective cover for a self-propelled irrigation system on a hose carriage. The cover is placed between the hose and ground automatically while the tractor advances during the hose unrolling operation. The rolling takes place automatically by means of electrical actuators powered by solar panels.

The application reduces the energy consumption for irrigation operations.

Command8 on 5R

Full powershift transmission for "5R" series tractors, in the 90 - 130 hp power range, equipped with auto-clutch function which enables stopping the tractor in gear without pressing the clutch, "eco" mode for road traffic in which the engine is kept at a low number of revolutions while reaching maximum speed, and creep.

The solution brings to the mid-range features that are typical of high-end tractors.

In-line mixing system for pesticides and fertilizers

Mixing system for sprayers located downstream of the pump, modular, able to handle liquid or powder formulations.

The application improves different aspects of environmental safety, among which the most important is the reduction of the risk on contamination for the operator; it also enables avoiding the transport of large amounts of ready-mix.

R.E.D. System - Recovery Energy Depressure

System for obtaining the depressure necessary to operate a precision pneumatic seed drill exploiting the exhaust gas residue energy of the tractor endothermic engine.

The solution can promote the adoption of precision drills in developing regions, where tractors are not equipped with a power source and costs must be minimized. It eliminates the fan with reduced power consumption, weight, irregularity and maintenance.

Alien K5000 Packer

Towed rotary harrow equipped with rear three-point hitch with hydraulic power coupling to connect seed drills or other types of machines. The harrow is equipped with retractable wheels and adjustable rudder to optimize both the working and transportation phase, and touchscreen controls to be installed in the tractor driver's cabin, to control the machine's movements, also by selecting the preset configurations. Besides that, the cooperation with RIMA Spa has enabled the adoption of a real-time system to control the working depth.

The machine is towed, in contrast to the majority of rotary harrows on the market: this can facilitate road transfers. It is characterized by great versatility, being able to be coupled with any equipment. It improves functionality due to real-time control over the working depth.

Blue Cab 4

Filtration system against dangerous substances, with two different performance levels, selectable by the operator in tractor applications or automatic in self-propelled sprayers applications. The higher level of filtration (cat. 4 in accordance with EN 15695-1 and EN 15695-2), requiring more advanced filtration systems, can be used only when needed, reducing maintenance costs.

The solution minimizes management costs whilst providing, when necessary, the highest level of protection.

SLS side shredder

Side shredder that can be installed in front or behind the tractor, without requiring the use of tools to reconfigure the machine.

The application increases the versatility of the machine.

ADAPTIVE - Canopy Reading System

Air-conveyance sprayer, towed, with flow-conveying channels to the target in which the capacity of air and mixture are adjusted continuously and automatically based on readings made by ultrasonic sensors regarding vegetative vigour.

In addition to continuously monitoring various parameters including the distributed air flow rate, the application makes the adjustments based on sensors installed on the machine, reducing the environmental impact of spreading pesticide.

i-CAN system: ELECTRONIC SYSTEM TO CONTROL AND ALIGN PIVOT AND LINEAR TYPE MACHINES

Supply and control system based on CAN-Bus technology for pivot or frontal irrigation machines, characterized by encoders that allow a continuous control of the machine handling. The system incorporates additional operating parameter control features (eg. timely irrigation using satellite maps) and real-time diagnostics.

The technologies used allow greater ease in setting up the machine, reduced costs, and increased flexibility and uniformity in the distribution.

NEW DRAGON GT CORN HEAD

Head for corn harvesting equipped with two distinctive features: deck plate suspension system and double stalk chopper. The first reduces the loss of product due to the dissipation of the impact on the cob against the collection elements; the second enables a better shredding of the waste product.

The application improves operational performance, halving the losses and enabling a more effective implementation of agronomic minimum tillage techniques.

Air Blast Futur H3O

Air-conveyance sprayer, towed, with automatic adjustment of the air volume and dose applied, determined on the basis of parameters set on dedicated software. The data is processed to obtain the traceability of the operations on a tablet. The application also provides warning signals if there are any incorrect parameters.

The innovation consists in adjusting the inclination of the fan blades implemented automatically according to the parameters established by a dedicated software dependent on the vegetation to be treated, resulting in real-time adjustment of the air flow.

Schiumone

Thermal weed-killer that uses a foam solution that is deposited on the grasses to be eliminated by raising their temperature and eliminating them.

The solution avoids the use of chemical herbicides and increases the speed of the operation compared to other systems that do not use such substances.

MULTIPERFORMER SYSTEM

Multifunction system for the simultaneous spreading of up to four liquid or granular products, proportionally to the tractor's progress, with the distribution managed by a single control unit communicating via ISOBUS standard or proprietary protocol, carried out during the execution of another main operation.

The solution extends the spread of high-tech solutions to mid-range machines, increasing the flexibility of the system and integrating typical functions of the ISOBUS task controller.

Telescopic head for combine harvester

Wheat head for combine harvesters equipped with folding elements and telescopic structures to reduce the lateral dimensions without appreciably changing the height.

The solution maintains high visibility in all directions given the reduced height, even with a folded head, thanks to the telescopic mechanism for the reel.

CVT Front PTO

Front PTO driven by a continuously variable transmission. The output shaft speed does not depend on that of the engine. The solution enables the proper use of front equipment at a reduced number of revolutions of the engine, leading to a reduction in consumption.

The solution improves the operational flexibility of the equipment applied to the front of the tractor.
