FASTBLOCK Semi-automated Transplanter

Fastblock works only with square blocks (from 3 to 5 cm on each side). Row width can be adjusted starting from 23 cm by using a very narrow ploughshare (only 7.5 cm). The innovative robotic grabbers can handle both short and tall plants at high speed, without damaging them.

Able to operate in line and in diamond, digital sign of the distance on the row from 10 cm to 100 cm, the hourly yields per element up to max 7000 plants / hour while the speed varies up to 2.5 km / h.
