The Auger Seed Treater PNSh-3-01 (P) (designed to fill “big bags”)

An updated version of the PNSh-3 (P) “Farmer” auger treater for unloading treated seeds into “big bag” type bags.

The treater is intended for treatment of seeds of grain crops with water solutions or suspensions of treating agents according to the “List of pesticides and agrochemicals approved for use in Ukraine”.

The treater is made with a peristaltic pump-dispenser NP-02.

The peristaltic dosing pump makes it possible to work with multi-component working solutions, the accuracy and  stability of dosing of the working solution is excellent.

The treater is a mobile, four-wheeled unit consisting of a tank with a hydraulic mixer, working fluid dosing pump, seed hopper, seed dispenser, rubberized auger for working with crops prone to damage with discharge throats and a working fluid dispenser.

Auger Seed Treater PNSh-3-01 (P) is used for presowing seed treatment of grain crops with water solutions or suspensions of pesticides.

The dispenser of the working fluid allows you to receive an accurate and uniform supply in the process of work.

Smooth regulation of the supply of the working fluid is provided in the treater, loading of seeds is carried out manually or with an auxiliary device, unloading is carried out into bags.

The machine is highly maneuverable and easy to operate.
