BIO90

The BIO 90 bio-shredder is a new-generation machine, and is the synthesis of different systems for shredding organic and vegetable waste, using a single inlet, passing through a double system of cupping and shredding with grid refining. The BIO 90 bio-shredder is equipped with a three-phase petrol or electric motor. The shredding system consists of two parts: the first, consisting of two chipping blades, is used to cut woody or fibrous products such as wood, linden, willow, etc.; the second, by means of 6 reversible mobile hammers, shreds products such as foliage, hedges, soil, kitchen waste, etc. The fineness of the shredded and composted material is regulated by a self-cleaning refining sieve. The discharge position of the shredded material is ensured by an adjustable hood.
