Cummins Flex Module™ aftertreatment system

The Cummins Flex Module aftertreatment system is designed for integration flexibility and engineered for the unique requirements of tractor applications. Improved NOx conversion efficiency results in a smaller overall system and lowers the risk of deposit formation, while passive regeneration minimises the need for preventive maintenance. The Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) and Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) are positioned under the bonnet, above the engine, to optimise packaging and accessibility. A low-profile vertical Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system with an integrated inlet plenum helps reduce overall system height, supporting compact vehicle design.
