Tractor MF 5713 SL with "All In One"

Tractor in the 100-130 hp power range, which is often used with a loader or other front implements. The "All in One system" processes the engine exhaust gas incorporating the functions of oxidation of unburned fuel (DOC) and the reduction of nitrogen oxides (SCR) in a very compact device. The small size allows the bonnet to be kept very low, significantly improving the visibility especially for use with front-mounted implements.

ISOBUS multi-functional combined seed drill

Machine carried on the tractor, with a front and rear element. The front one is a hopper divided in two parts, able to handle two different products (for example, seeds and fertilizer). The components exposed to contact with chemically aggressive substances are made of stainless steel. The machine uses the ISOBUS protocol for data exchange with the tractor. The seed drill is equipped with a device to maintain uniformity of distribution on sloping terrain (Rotal).

Tony 9800 SR

Compact articulated tractor equipped with hydrostatic-mechanical transmission, in which many components have been improved both in the transmission and in the cab. The increase in functionality, reliability and integration did not result in an increase in size of the machine. On the other hand, the cab offers more space for the operator.

Probotiq Xpert robotic guidance system

Automatic guidance system for Fendt 2XX series F/M/P tractors, capable of storing a sequence of operations by recording the normal operation of the tractor, and once the working cycle is completed, the system is able to repeat it even without an operator on board.

Trimming machines for vineyards

Trimming machine for vineyards equipped with an electronic control for the force applied to the plant, the working speed, and the positioning. The parameters are controlled by a control panel located in the cab.

Bare-Co Lever Release PTO Safety Guard

Cardan shaft protection equipped with an opening system for easy access to the coupling/uncoupling zone to the tractor power source. Opening it requires a tool, closing is manual.

FOUR-BIO

Radio-controlled electric vehicle for operations in confined spaces, such as vineyards and orchards, or in steep areas. The vehicle serves as a power plant, enabling different equipment to be installed.

The solution is characterized by reduced environmental impact and high versatility.

Hydraulic feedroll quick stop

Hydrostatic closed-circuit transmissions, separate for the head and for the feed rollers located after it in a self-propelled harvester-chipper-loader. The solution is designed to increase operator safety and machine protection by reducing downtime.

Mow'n Stow technology

Walk-behind lawnmower equipped with a system for upright storage without petrol or oil spills. This has led to a new design for the tank, carburettor, and gaskets.

HSC Hydraulic Super Creeper

Hydrostatic module connected via a gear coupling with the direct-transmission wheel shaft, designed to extend the possibilities of use of tractors with mechanical transmission. The module enables a continuous speed variation between zero and three hundred metres/hour.

X ONE 300 - Slurry tanker

Slurry tanker equipped with central dip tube arm where the drive of the vacuum pump is provided by a hydraulic motor instead of the PTO, eliminating the risks related to moving mechanical parts; the motor is positioned at the rear rather than the front of the machine and the pipes needed for the machine's operation are located inside the tank.

Mechanical Weeder CR-16

Mechanical weeder towed by the tractor with a flail roller. The machine performs mechanical weed control even in spaces between row plants and is equipped with a system for adjusting the applied force.

Electronic fuel injection control for two-stroke engines that uses ionization current as the feedback signal.

Optical sensor that detects the lubricant level for the chain of a chainsaw regardless of the position of the chainsaw.

Machine for working the soil, towed, equipped with idle rotary elements to prepare the seedbed even on hard soil. The machine reaches high operating speeds, up to 20 km/h, and is particularly effective with high-power tractors with rubber tracks.

Hydraulic connection with flat faces facilitated by levering; upon connection, the efforts transmitted between the two connected parts are borne by the connectors and no longer by the lever.

ZMLE 1600 Rear side and central shredder

Shredder machine equipped with a system for connection to the tractor that enables its use both as a rear right side shredder and rear central shredder.

Sprayer with in-line mixing

Atomizer injecting the pesticide in-line, variable in real-time; the injection takes place downstream of the tank, which contains only clean water. In the version equipped with recovery screens, the recovered mixture is stowed in a separate tank and is reusable for spraying.

Implement guard for PTO drive shafts

Protection for the receiving shaft of the operating machine, in the area of connection with the drive shaft, commonly called shaft cone. The guard is made up of an aluminium cap which engages two semi-cylinders. The set can only be opened with a tool and put back in place with an automatic coupler.

Hydraulic Toplink

Hydraulic strut for the three-point hitch of the tractor, equipped with a device for shock absorption during working and transport phases, completely included inside the cylinder itself. The stiffness can be changed by the operator according to the requirements.

Active Terrain Adjustment

Control system of air volume and inclination of the sieves of the threshing system of a combine harvester based on the longitudinal slope of the ground, so as to maintain the yield of the machine constant. Unlike other solutions already on the market, this system automatically intervenes in different ways depending on the type of product being picked.

Mobile RTK

Geolocation system that makes corrections using mobile phones networks and is thus able to achieve an accuracy of 2.5 cm (RTK). In case of lack of network signal, an internal algorithm at the receiver enables it to maintain the same level of precision for fourteen days.

Wrapper SW 4014 AUTOLOAD

Wrappers for cylindrical or prismatic bales equipped with sensors for detecting the presence of the bale and to measure its length, so that the lifting and wrapping of the bale are initiated and carried out automatically.

OPTISPEED

System for controlling the rotation speed of a towed winder based on an accelerometer. The sensor measures the oscillations due to the mass of the bale in motion. Higher oscillations lead to a speed reduction and vice versa.

ELDOS dosing unit

Electrically-actuated system for measuring the amount of seeds in a pneumatic seed drill machine, equipped with different rotors for different types of seed. The type of rotor is detected by the machine in order to avoid operator error.

Electrostatic hydraulic atomizer with pivoting adjustment of the air dispensers. The possible settings enable adjusting the air flow and create a dynamic barrier during the treatment of the field-edge row to reduce drift.

Disc harrow with special rollers

Harrow equipped with two rear discs connected by a chain transmission. This solution enables a result on the ground comparable to that of a rotating harrow, with the advantage of a much higher working speed.

SLM hoeing machine

The system, in accordance with the specifications of Regulation 2015/68, uses the force of springs to actuate the brakes, both for parking and for automatic braking.
