From the production plant and office to the farm. 🌾💚
Also this year, the #TEAMFENDT action days took place. During 2 days (one in April and one in June), more than 30 voluntary colleagues from the Marktoberdorf site gained first-hand insights into agriculture and forestry, supported local operations and experienced everyday work beyond their usual workplaces.
👉 Working with Fendt machinery, building fences, mucking out stables, feeding cattle and planting trees are just some of the diverse tasks.

While helping hands were welcome on the farms, it is the exchange that made the difference during these action days: Understanding farmers' needs and getting to know the agricultural sector in practice is a real benefit for the Fendt team.

November 1995. Fendt unveils a tractor with no fixed gear ratios. Experts weren’t sure at first. ⚙️
The Fendt Favorit 926 Vario – the first tractor with a continuously variable, power-split transmission. 260 hp. One drive lever. No gears.
The DLG test bench delivered the proof: fuel consumption under 200 g/kWh at maximum power. Seven international awards followed – including DLG Gold and Gold at SIMA. 🏆
Scepticism gave way to recognition. The rest is Vario history.

Thanks to the intelligent added-performance concept, all models in the series now deliver up to 10 hp more power exactly when it’s really needed. Compared to classic boost concepts, Fendt DynamicPerformance automatically detects when auxiliary consumers such as fans, air conditioning, the hydraulic pump or the PTO require more power.

The new Fendt 300 Vario masters everything thanks to its up to 7 independent hydraulic valves. The load-sensing adjusting pump delivers a consistently high flow rate of 110 l/min, providing exactly the power required for the task at hand. Combined with up to seven electronic, double-acting hydraulic valves – including two or three specifically for the front loader – the tractor remains flexible and reliable even under demanding conditions.
Each valve can be individually adjusted via the terminal, whilst the cross-gate lever or 3l-joystick enables particularly precise control. Thanks to self-closing valve flaps, the hydraulic system remains clean and protected.
