3. Type of Data Processed
To subscribe to the newsletter, we collect the following personal data: name, surname, company, profession, e-mail address, country, and sector affiliation. Providing this data is voluntary, but necessary to receive the newsletter and related communications. Failure to provide this information will prevent you from receiving the requested information.
4. Purpose of the Processing
a) Sending newsletters
Your data will be processed to send newsletters containing news, updates, events, and projects from FederUnacoma. The legal basis for this processing is your consent. You may revoke your consent at any time without losing the ability to receive further communications that may already be in progress.
b) Direct marketing on similar events/products (soft spam)
Your data may be processed to send you information on events or products similar to those you have already requested. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller. You may object at any time by writing to info@federuncoma.it or using the unsubscribe link in the communications.
c) Indirect marketing
With your express and specific consent, the Data Controller may send you commercial communications relating to products or services of partner companies operating in the sectors of your interest. Communications may be sent using traditional methods (postal mail, operator-assisted phone calls) or automated communication systems (e.g., SMS, e-mail, or Fax). You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the Data Controller at info@federuncoma.it.
d) Transfer of data to third parties
With your express and specific consent, your data may be communicated and transferred to partner companies operating in the sectors of your interest. These companies, as independent data controllers, may process your data for their own commercial and promotional purposes. You may withdraw your consent to the communication and transfer of your data at any time by writing to the Data Controller at info@federuncoma.it.
e) Profiling
With your express and specific consent, the Data Controller may use the data you provide to create a customized profile, specifically based on your selected area of interest, in order to send you targeted commercial communications on the products and services most relevant to your interests. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the Data Controller at info@federuncoma.it.
f) Fulfillment of legal obligations and protection of rights
Your data may also be processed to comply with legal obligations or to protect the rights of FederUnacoma, including in court.
5. Communication of data to third parties
Your data may be disclosed to third parties appointed by the Data Controller (data processors) to support the sending of the newsletter and the technical management of the services, as well as to parties legally required to request them.

Furthermore, with your express and specific consent, your data may be communicated and transferred to partner companies operating in the sectors you are interested in, who will process it as independent data controllers for their own commercial purposes.
The data is not transferred outside the European Union.
6. Retention period
The data will be retained for the entire duration of the relationship with the data subject and as long as legal or contractual obligations or fulfillments exist. In particular:
- for the newsletter and direct marketing, until consent is revoked;
- for profiling and transfer to partners, until consent is revoked;
- for legal obligations or to protect rights, in accordance with applicable law.
7. Rights of the Data Subject
The data subject may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15–22 of the GDPR at any time, including:
- Right of access – to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed and receive information relating to such processing;
- Right to rectification – to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data or the completion of incomplete personal data;
- Right to erasure – to obtain the erasure of personal data in the cases provided for by Art. 17 of the GDPR;
- Right to restriction of processing – to obtain the limiting of processing in the cases provided for by Art. 18 of the GDPR;
- Right to data portability – to receive the personal data provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit that data to another data controller, in the cases provided for by Article 20 of the GDPR;
- Right to object – to object at any time, for reasons relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you pursuant to Art. 6, paragraph 1, letters e) or f) of the GDPR;
- Right to withdraw consent – to withdraw any consent you have given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
