Boom mower AI MOVE ISOBUS

Offset flail mower.

What is innovative: the mower is equipped with linear, angular and contact sensors. Their signals are processed by an electrohydraulic control block which communicates to the tractor through ISOBUS. This allows to avoid potentially catastrophic contacts between the cardan shaft and parts of the mower, and to save specific positions such as work, avoid obstacle, transport and to recall them when needed.

Foreseen advantages: increased operator's safety and comfort.

TRMP Lawnmower

Mounted grass mower.

What is innovative: the design of the mower itself, and more specifically of its cutting units. In total, the mower is equipped with three cutting units, each fitted with a counter-rotating coaxial dual-rotor system.

Foreseen advantages: increased crushing capacity of the grass directly within the cutting chamber, to eliminate unsightly 'thatch effect' typically left in parks and gardens by standard mowing techniques.

SB45

Hook-type electric shaker.

What is innovative: the shaker features a compact axial-flux electric motor, developed internally by Cifarelli, which is mounted directly on the crankshaft without gear reduction and without the use of lubricating oil. The system can be fully disassembled and it allows to replace individual motor components. The machine is also equipped with a programmable control unit and provision for connectivity with a maintenance and data monitoring application.

Foreseen advantages: lower maintenance costs even compared with other electrical machines of this kind.

Brainbox

Variable rate irrigation system for pivot.

What is innovative: instead of being based on pre-determined maps as the usual VRI solutions, this system captures images using a thermal camera and monospectral cameras, deriving agronomic data on the condition of the crops. The cameras move along a battery-powered module mounted on a rail. The data is processed locally by proprietary software: the output of this processing enables the system to make autonomous decisions regarding the movement of the pivot machine and its irrigation operations. All the information collected and processed is also made available to the user via the cloud interface. The system is also designed to be installed on pivot systems from different manufacturers, including those already in use.

Foreseen advantages: improved water management.

Safety system for G10 loader

Big bag lifter.

What is innovative: the lifter is fitted with an electronic control system which limits to 990 kg the rated load in all positions of the lifting arm, from fully retracted to fully extended.

Foreseen advantages: increased operator's safety.

Asymmetric Taille Rase

Front-mounted pre-pruner.

What is innovative: compared to usual solutions, where mechanical pruning systems apply symmetric cuts on both sides of the canopy, this solution applies asymmetric pruning. It is designed to train the vine with a long fruiting side and a short renewal side, in a single pruning pass. It features optical sensors to continuously detect the position of the canes and automatically adjust the cutting heights to the pre-set values.

Foreseen advantages: cost reduction of about 75% compared to traditional manually pruned Guyot systems.

TORQFREE

Radial-cam torque limiter.

What is innovative: the solution allows permanent disengagement, without any broken part, when transmitted torque exceeds a pre-determined value. After activation, the device remains in a "neutral" condition until it is reset by an operator. It can operate bidirectionally, with the possibility of setting different torque values according to clockwise or counterclockwise rotation.

Foreseen advantages: the solution avoids uncontrolled reactivation upon momentary torque reduction, potentially causing hazards to the operator and mechanical breakage or projection of components.

Digital Irrigation IA Next Gen

Agentic AI platform for the remote control of irrigation machines.

What is innovative: AI-based autonomous agent able to reason, configure and act on the machines. The user interacts with the system in natural language. Confirmation from the user is asked before any action.

Foreseen advantages: increased easiness of use and productivity.

21 - A/52

Safe AI Vision

Self-propelled remote control mulcher with AI based safety camera system.

What is innovative: the mulcher is fitted with a camera system with AI-based image recognition to detect a person in the working area of the machine. The system is able to detect a human not only when standing, but also if on knees or lying down, or even if partially hidden by an obstacle or vegetation.

Foreseen advantages: increased safety.

BIOXPRAY Protect

Mounted platform for the mechanical application of biological control organisms.

What is innovative: unlike common solutions derived from equipment for seeds or microgranule, the pneumatic dosing system has been developed specifically for low-density biological materials with irregular behavior. This includes predatory phytoseiids, beneficial insects and other useful agents. In addition, it integrates GPS, route recording, treated surface monitoring, telemetry and application maps.

Foreseen advantages: it turns manual release of beneficial biological control organisms into a mechanized, precise and traceable operation.

LaLigà

Semi-automatic electronic tying tool for elastic tying tube.

What is innovative: the tool itself, which was not available on the market before, due to the difficulties in mechanizing the tying of the flexible elastic tying tube.

Foreseen advantages: increased productivity and operator's comfort.

Tornado XL

Offset mulcher for open-field applications, with cutting chamber height over 700 mm, for high-density crop residues and brushwood up to 12 cm in diameter.

What is innovative: welded fully enclosed cutting chamber, which is a quite common solution for relatively small mowers but not so for the largest ones. The chamber itself has been redesigned with increased volume and optimized geometry, featuring additional internal shielding.

Foreseen advantages: increased operator's safety for reduced thrown material. Reduced or substantially unchanged fuel consumption, compared to the version with open chamber, with identical or better agronomic results.

25 - A/18

Boom Soft Impact - BSI

Frontal damping technology to absorb impacts on the boom of a telehandler.

What is innovative: the system itself, consisting of an intelligent hydraulic circuit combined with gas accumulators. Upon impact, the system instantly absorbs the kinetic energy, allowing a millimetric and controlled retraction of the telescopic boom to dampen the impact force.

Foreseen advantages: increased operator safety, due to the reduction of whiplash risks and vibration-induced stress. Increased structural protection for the boom structure and pins. Increased protection of attachments and load from damage.

36 - A/12

Aria

Fully electric precision seeder for tilled and hard soil.

What is innovative: each seeding unit has its own separate fan, instead of a centralized one, to ensure perfect uniformity and constant depression values. The system works at 48 V. In addition, the granule applicator hopper has been integrated into the seed hopper so that when the granule applicator is not in use, the hopper can be used entirely to contain seed.

Foreseen advantages: increase in precision of seed distribution and in operator's comfort, decrease in energy absorption.

New Holland BigBaler Enhanced Baler Productivity

Big baler.

What is innovative: the baler features a hydraulically controlled slip clutch driveline, combined with real-time sensing and machine learning-based estimation of the upcoming torque linked to the measured swath volume. Unlike conventional overload clutches that abruptly stop crop flow when torque limits are exceeded, this system allows controlled slip, enabling continuous feeding while smoothing torque peaks. It can also incorporate forward-looking sensors (e.g. lidar) to anticipate swath variations and proactively adjust speed.

Foreseen advantages: increased productivity and operator's safety.

New Holland T4F e-Source™ Mild Hybrid combinato con trinciatrice Nobili E-BV16 e defogliatrice elettrica Tecnovict 111 E48

48 V hybrid tractor, combined with a front mounted leaf stripper and a rear mounted mulcher, both actuated by electric power.

What is innovative: the Intelligent Power Flow Management System, which adjusts in real time the distribution of the electric current to the front implement, to the rear implement and to traction. More specifically, the current absorption of the front implement, together with signals coming from other sensors, is used by the ECU for residual power management and for load prediction.

Foreseen advantages: the solution allows to save up to 50% of fuel and to obtain about +8% of productivity, compared to separate operations performed with traditional internal combustion engine technology.
