The bio-shredder is a machine for shredding vegetable and assimilable waste such as green and dry prunings, soil, bark, wood and cardboard packaging, etc. With its double system of moving hammers and chipper disc, it can shred all types of green waste. The grinding chamber consists of the mill with 64 movable and reversible hammers, which last 80/150 hours depending on the material. The chipper cuts logs with a diameter of 13 to 18 cm, depending on the shape of the wood. Branches of up to 8 cm and all other materials can be loaded into the material hopper, which is dosed by a hydraulic feeder roller with adjustable speed. The Bio 600 model, which is mainly used professionally, is available in tractor versions and with a diesel or electric auxiliary engine. A road-legal 80 km/h trolley is available for the diesel model and the discharge conveyor is 2 m high. The screen (sieve) guarantees the fineness of the shredded material, which returns to the grinding cycle if it has not reached the preset fineness. Special versions are available on request
