BIO235

The bio-shredder model BIO 235 is the new shredder - chipper in the Caravaggi production range that offers new performance. Compared to the Bio 230 model, the machine has new features: a cutting diameter of up to 13 cm; a larger, tilting hopper; a hydraulic feed roller with two blades; a stronger rotor. It is the synthesis of different shredding systems for organic and vegetable waste, using a single inlet and the dual system of chipping and shredding with refining through the screen, which can adjust the fineness of the chippings, and subsequent discharge of the material at a height of 200 cm above the ground. Chipping is the cutting process for wood for diameters up to 13 cm, which involves the transformation and reduction of wood material of various types and shapes into small elements called chips. The Bio 235 is specifically designed for forestry companies, maintenance companies and manufacturers of chips for auger-fed central heating systems. The Bio 235 is available in versions with diesel or petrol engine, and with tractor PTO.
