BIO230
The BIO 230 type bio-shredder, a new-generation machine, is the synthesis of different systems for shredding organic and vegetable waste, using a single inlet, passing through the feed roller and the dual system of chipping and shredding with grid refining and subsequent ventilation at a height of 200 cm from the ground. Chipping is the process of reducing woody material of various types and shapes into small elements called CHIPS, through a cutting action. The Bio 230 is specifically designed for forestry companies, maintenance companies and chip producers for central heating systems with auger feed. The Bio 230 is available in versions with petrol or diesel engine, tractor power take-off, or 380v electric. The fineness of the wood chips and compost can be adjusted by means of a sieve. The natural processing of the organic shredded material creates a substance rich in protein values that can be reused as fertiliser
