Brake release pump with separate valve and tank

USE

This valve manages service and emergency brake functions in a dual line hydraulic brake system.

In a trailer brake system with spring brakes, the application of the automatic emergency braking function coincides with the parking brake application.

In case of disconnection of the trailer from the tractor, the automatic brake valve activates the emergency brake function.

INSTALLATION

The valve connects to tank with two lines:

• I (suction line)
• R (drain line)

This solution allows the tank to be installed in a separate position from the valve, allowing an easy installation on vehicles with limited space.

For installation, the following limits must be respected:

-  maximum length of pipes: 3 meters;

-  maximum height difference: 1.5 meters.
