SPRING BRAKE ACTUATORS FOR CAM BRAKE

USE

Designed for braking on axles with brake shoes driven by a cam. The spring brake actuators act on the lever which transmits the braking torque to the cam by means of the splined shaft.

The actuators consist of two different sections which form a single unit.

Port 11 : Service brake

Port 12 : Parking brake and emergency brake

NOTE

When choosing the spring brake, ensure that the cylinder stroke exceeds the one required by considering the length of the used lever.
