CONTROL AND PROTECTION UNIT FOR COMBINED GENERATING SET AND MOTOR PUMP SYSTEMS

It controls and operates a generator and an irrigation pump. It manages a water pressure transmitter and its associated digital pressure gauge. It allows for manual engine speed adjustment and shutdown in the event of a fault. It automatically manages the connection of the generator to the load via a contactor. It automatically monitors for faults, displaying messages on the screen, and performs three-phase voltage monitoring of the generator set; it is equipped with RS-485 and USB 2.0 ports and can be connected to a GSM modem or the GTW-4.0 gateway. It supports both traditional engines and Stage V engines equipped with an ECU using a CAN Bus serial line (SAE J1939 protocol). It allows inputs and outputs to be assigned to various functions. It logs faults in a history record. Starting and stopping can also be triggered via an external contact.
