RM100 Speed Reducing Gearbox

The RM100 Speed Reducing Gearbox is a versatile and robust solution designed for a variety of industrial applications. Available in two models, RM100S and RM100D, this gearbox offers flexibility with housing sizes SAE 3 and 4, and flywheel sizes of 10" and 11.5". It is capable of handling a maximum torque of up to 400 Nm (296 lb-ft) and offers a range of gear ratios from 0.51:1 to 5.00:1, depending on the model.

Constructed with a cast iron casing and helical tooth gears that are case-hardened and shaved, the RM100 ensures durability and long-term reliability. The shafts are manufactured from high-quality steel and are case-hardened, while the output shaft features a taper roller bearing for enhanced performance.

The RM100 gearbox is designed to accommodate various operational needs, with options for output rotation either the same as or opposite to the input rotation. It can be used as a standalone unit or coupled to a diesel engine, with configurations that include overcenter clutches, SAE housings, and both rigid and flexible couplings. Additionally, the RM100 can be mounted freestanding in BDS execution and is available in versions with both input and output shafts.

This makes the RM100 Speed Reducing Gearbox an ideal choice for applications requiring reliable and adaptable power transmission solutions.
