AM232 Pump Drive with E-Motors

The AM232 Pump Drive is engineered to deliver exceptional performance and durability for demanding industrial applications. With a maximum input power of 565 kW (758 hp) at a 1:1 ratio @ 2400 rpm, this pump drive is designed to handle high-power requirements efficiently. It features a robust construction with cast iron housings, shaved gears, ball bearings, and case-hardened shafts, ensuring long-lasting reliability.

 

The AM232 Pump Drive offers a maximum input torque of 2300 Nm (1696 lbf-ft) at a 1:1 ratio @ 2400 rpm, making it suitable for heavy-duty operations. The output rotation is opposite to the direction of input rotation, and the gear ratios are identical on all outputs, providing consistent and reliable performance across various applications.

 

Additionally, the AM232 Pump Drive is designed with longevity in mind, featuring Viton seals on the input shaft and a maximum input torque based on theoretically unlimited gear life and a minimum L10 bearing life of 10,000 hours. This makes it an ideal choice for applications requiring robust and continuous operation.
