GLS is MC Elettronica’s high-performance electronic sensor designed to detect and monitor grain losses in combine harvesters in real time. Featuring an integrated microcontroller, it ensures advanced signal processing, grain counting and diagnostics. Mounted on customisable stainless steel bars, it adapts to different harvesting and separation systems, including sieves, straw walkers, rotors and recovery channels. Integration with the machine’s control system via digital signals or CANBUS communication allows sensitivity and performance to be adjusted according to operating conditions and crop type.
