EVOLUTION P.T.O. drive shafts

Due to the new generations of high-power tractors and implements, as well as to the growing need to ensure customers high performances, longer service life and extended lubrication intervals, BENZI has launched a new range of high-performing drive shafts on the market called: EVOLUTION. The Evolution products, entirely designed by our technicians based on the experience acquired while working side by side with our customers, equipment manufacturers, are certainly at the top of the sector of agricultural drive shafts in terms of performance, technical solutions and materials used. The Evolution drive shafts cover a power range from 60 HP up to 400 HP, allow longer lubrication intervals (up to 50 hours of operation) and ensure easy access to the greasing points. The mechanics of Evolution products, with special reference to crosses, accident prevention guards and friction ring nuts, has been redesigned to ensure higher performance and longer service life compared to the traditional ranges. The telescopic profiles are hardened and ensure torsional torques that are twice the torques generated by conventional telescopic profiles. The quick coupling/release systems of the yokes are made of steel to ensure greater sturdiness and long service life. Moreover, on the subject of operator safety, several innovative technical devices have been added, such as the new chains with pre-set disengagement system, which replace the traditional ones, and the new product operating and maintenance booklets, which have been totally revised and supplemented with additional information useful to the operator.
