Foldable Grubber with Rear Double Roller Section

The foldable grubber is mainly used for working on firm soil as an alternative to ploughing, suitable for tractors up to 380 HP, has 11 anchors and the working width is 330/460 cm (depends on the model); furthermore, the frame can be hydraulically folded to 250/300 cm, to facilitate road transport.

In the rear position of the grubber, a section with a double intercalated roller can be applied with a working width of 370/500 cm (also hydraulically foldable to 250/300 cm), excellent for improving the burying of any crop residues, levelling the ground, better stabilising the machine being worked and reducing general cloddiness; the section can be manually adjusted in inclination while the working height is hydraulically adjustable.

The combined grubber can also work at the reduced width of 250/300 cm in the road transport position (useful in particularly tough soils or for working very deeply) or at the full working width of 370/500 cm, with excellent results for the arrangement of previously ploughed or worked soil, with the simultaneous reduction of clods and the breaking of any previous working soles.

Advantages for the user:

  • Improved overall robustness and general reliability;
  • Significant increase in production capacity with full exploitation of the available power and consequent reduction in fuel consumption per hectare;
  • General ease of use in all conditions of use thanks also to the hydraulic movements;
  • Great versatility, being able to work indifferently at two different working widths and on firm or previously worked soils;
  • Obtaining a soil preparation with good mixing of crop residues, well levelled and with reduced cloddiness (simplifies the management and execution of any subsequent processing).
