EDS1 inverters and EMS1 motors for electric mobile machines

Bosch Rexroth offers a complete platform for the electrification of mobile machinery: EDS1 inverters, high power density EMS1 synchronous motors, EOBC1 on-board charger and EDCC1 DC/DC converter, designed to work together and developed for the off-highway environment (IP6K9K, -40 to +85 °C). The system covers both traction and work functions with nominal power from 20 to 200 kW, integrated functional safety and CAN diagnostics, and combines with Bosch Rexroth hydraulics for hybrid and electro-hydraulic architectures. TRITECNICA accompanies OEMs in the transition to electric machines: system sizing, integration with BODAS controllers, software development and support during prototyping.
