The BIO 55 model bio-shredder is available in petrol and electric motor versions. The shredding system consists of a flaking blade that performs an initial coarse reduction of the material introduced and mobile hammers that perform the final shredding. The new belt drive system guarantees safe operation in the event of the introduction of even unsuitable material. The fineness of the ground and composted material is regulated by the sieve; the shredded product is finally discharged into a collection bag. The natural processing of the organic shredded material creates a substance rich in protein values that can be reused as fertiliser.
