HEATABLE VALVES

Our heatable valves are:

art. 0032/0033: heatable lever gate valve,

art. 0036/0037: heatable lever gate valve with 1 flange,

art. 0042/0043: heatable big capacity valve.

Heatable valves are used on truck for manure and sewage treatment, in order to avoid the blockage of the valve when temperatures drop lower than 0° C/ 32° F. In this patented system, the heating element, that is a shaped tube, is completely embedded in the valve body and connected to the radiator hoses: this lead to the maximum contact between the heating tube and the body, that permits to have much shorter defrosting times and a shockproof heating element.
