Field Data Monitoring (FDM) Connect

With the Field Data Monitoring device, manufacturers of electric vehicles can collect and evaluate diagnostic data from the Webasto Standard Battery System. Fast software updates, remote maintenance by specialist personnel and the use of extended warranty services are also possible with the help of the data obtained. The compact retrofittable device regularly sends this data to the Webasto Cloud backend via the mobile network. This gives machine manufacturers and Webasto an overview of the current performance data and the condition of the vehicle batteries. FDM Connect is compatible with trucks, light commercial vehicles, buses and off-road vehicles.
