CAMPUS – SENSOR TECHNOLOGY FOR DIAPHRAGM PUMPS

Comet has designed and patented CAMPUS: a computerized diagnostic system which monitors pump running in real time. It detects the working data from a set of sensors and then transmits them to a server which processes and returns all useful information to take action on the pump in a conscious and targeted way. The aim is to increase its performance and avoid any possible breakdowns or downtime, with major cost reduction for the end customer.

The system consists of a Control Unit provided with a microprocessor with analog and digital inputs, which processes data so as to send them to a graphical interface and/or a system of visual/sound indicators and alarms. The casing is IP68, water-proof
