Front linkage systems

The choice of modularity of the Aries front lifts must be considered in relation to the lifting capacity and assembly on the machine. Aries offers a range of 5 different families of basic lifts, which can be installed in different tractor configurations.

ARIES 09 MODEL: lifts with upper and lower frame built in carpentry, specific for applications on specialized tractors. Usually equipped with category 1 attachments, it can also be supplied with category 2S hooks. Load capacity from 6 to 9 KN.

ARIES 18 MODEL: lifts with upper carpentry frame and lower cast frame. Suitable for applications on tractors up to 110 hp, both open field and specialized. Maximum compatibility guaranteed by the compact configuration. Usually equipped with category 2 attachments, it can also be supplied with category 1 hooks. Load capacity from 9 to 18 KN.

ARIES 25 MODEL: lifts with upper frame in carpentry and lower frame in highly elongated ductile cast iron. Created for specific applications for open field agricultural tractors with power up to 160 hp. The standard setup is provided with lower arms for category 2 attachments and allows the installation of Aries PTOs with both internal and external clutch. Load capacity from 15 to 25 KN.

ARIES 35 MODEL: multifunctional lifts that are used in open field tractor setups with powers up to 210 hp. Made with an upper frame in carpentry and a lower frame in high elongation ductile iron casting, its compact and efficient geometry makes its installation particularly integrated. Standard setup with arms fitted with cat hooks. 2, but on request also with category 3L quick coupling hooks. Load capacity from 22 to 35 KN.

ARIES 50 MODEL: configuration of multifunctional lifts suitable for applications on high-power tractors up to 340 hp. Characterized by a cast upper and lower frame, it has an optimized design in shapes and dimensions appreciated for its particular robustness in the most demanding working conditions. The standard setup includes the installation of category 3L arms. Load capacity from 35 to 50 KN.
