On March 14, 1923, a visionary was born.

Today we celebrate 103 years since the birth of Olmes Ognibene, founder of our Group.

With passion, determination and deep dedication to his work, he laid the foundations of what Ognibene would become. From a small workshop in Emilia to an international company, his vision continues to inspire the way we work every day.

As Olmes once said:
“My work has always been a process of research. Everything I have done has been to make the operator’s work easier.”

His words reflect the spirit that still guides us today: innovation with purpose, passion for our work and a constant commitment to progress.

On International Women’s Day, we take a moment to recognize the talent, professionalism and contribution of the many women who help drive our company forward every day. 🌼

At Ognibene, this day also carries a special meaning. In memory of our founder Olmes Ognibene, who used to give primroses with mimosa to the women of the company, we proudly continue this small but meaningful tradition every year.

At the show, we will present our integrated electro-hydraulic steering system for next-generation off-highway vehicles — a scalable, ISO 25119–compliant platform designed to support manual, assisted and automated steering in an increasingly digital and AI-driven environment.

Last Saturday, we simply took some time to give something back. 🌱

After sharing breakfast together, Ognibene Power employees met on a Saturday morning to clean the area around our company in Mancasale. A small, practical action for the place where we work every day.

We were supported by the volunteers of Ripuliamoci, a local group that organizes clean-up activities throughout the province, involving citizens and companies in the care of public spaces.

Just a few hours spent together, doing something useful for the place we work in.

“It’s the little things citizens do every day that will make a difference.”

Last Thursday, February 12, Ognibene Power welcomed at its headquarters a delegation promoted by Confindustria Emilia, as part of the Presidency’s mandate project Human Centric Automation.

The visit was proposed by Sonia Bonfiglioli, President of Confindustria Emilia, and Tiziana Ferrari, General Manager of Confindustria Emilia.
Discussions focused on Ognibene’s automated warehouse and intralogistics processes, designed to enhance efficiency, safety and collaboration between people and technology, with the contribution of E80 Group.

A valuable exchange on how human-centric automation can be effectively applied in manufacturing environments.

Connecting with tomorrow’s talents at Nobili High School 🚀

On Tuesday, November 18, Ognibene Power took part in the Career Day organized by Confindustria Reggio Emilia and the Leopoldo Nobili Technical Institute in Reggio Emilia.

Meeting students from the mechatronics and electronics programs was a great opportunity to share what we do, highlight the skills driving today’s off-highway industry and present the career opportunities at Ognibene Power.

We believe in giving young people real opportunities, which is why we continue to offer internships that allow students to work on concrete projects and grow their skills.
