From idea to implementation: our molding workshop, the place where our irrigation systems take shape! In 2020, we took a decisive step forward, establishing an in-house molding laboratory, the creative core and driving force of the company’s R&D department.

How does a drip line take shape?
- the idea becomes a CAD model
- a fluid dynamic simulation is performed to analyze flow rate and velocity
- a pilot mold is made
- after months of fine-tuning, large-scale production finally gets underway!

Having this department internally means complete autonomy. From the design to the finished product, everything happens here - in our home - without exporting the know-how and with full control over performance.
