The Fendt team gave the fifth generation of the Fendt 900 Vario an update under the bonnet: New Deutz engine, steel pistons, two turbochargers and additional intercooler.
Faster response. Higher efficiency at lower revs.
In the 2015 DLG PowerMix, the Fendt 939 Vario achieved a consumption of 242 g/kWh plus 11 g/kWh AdBlue. No other tractor in this power class consumed less under the stricter Stage 5 emission standard. ⚡

The team consists of 42 members from different Fendt departments across the plant, who voluntarily ensure safety in the production facility. Since 2007, the department is also state-recognized and has been responsible for:
🔴 ensuring fire protection throughout the Marktoberdorf plant
🔴 providing technical assistance, such as clearing oil spills
🔴 carrying out preventive measures such as controlling fire alarm systems
🔴 a specially trained height rescue unit is prepared for missions in hard-to-reach locations
Teamwork and commitment are at the heart of every operation.
Furthermore, around 20 regular training sessions per year ensure the team is constantly prepared. 💚
From the production plant and office to the farm. 🌾💚
Also this year, the #TEAMFENDT action days took place. During 2 days (one in April and one in June), more than 30 voluntary colleagues from the Marktoberdorf site gained first-hand insights into agriculture and forestry, supported local operations and experienced everyday work beyond their usual workplaces.
👉 Working with Fendt machinery, building fences, mucking out stables, feeding cattle and planting trees are just some of the diverse tasks.
While helping hands were welcome on the farms, it is the exchange that made the difference during these action days: Understanding farmers' needs and getting to know the agricultural sector in practice is a real benefit for the Fendt team.
Long working days can be demanding.
